Questions people ask
Are you tied in?
No. Rolling monthly - cancel any time. Say you want to stop, the advert comes down, and you cancel the Direct Debit at your bank.
What if you have not got a logo?
Not a problem. Send your business name and number and it is set out properly for you at no extra cost.
Will your competitor be on there too?
They might be. A trade is not blocked once somebody is on it - the screen holds 25 adverts and the slots go to whoever takes them. Worth knowing though: the earlier you are on, the longer people have been seeing your name, and being the one they already recognise beats being the one who turned up last.
Are your bank details safe?
Yes. The Direct Debit is set up through GoCardless, an FCA-authorised payment provider. Your bank details are entered on their secure page - they never touch this website and are never seen here. You are also covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
